1. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping information varies depending on your country of residence.
Domestic shipping, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, follow the flat rate shipping schedule.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL RECEIVE A SECOND SHIPPING INVOICE IN THE AMOUNT OF ACTUAL SHIPPING. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH YOUR SHIPPING CHOICES.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using FedEx, UPS or USPS, depending on location and services available.
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method, and your shipment’s destination.
Shipping and Handling
Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 5-7 business days.
Please add an additional $9.00 to any order for express shipping.
Express orders will ship same day or next day.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. You will be notified of shipping time and tracking information via email.
a. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat rate shipping fee in the United States. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met ExtraSpecialDolls.com reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in new condition
- the original packaging must not be damaged
- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

Every kid deserves a best friend. Every kid wants to fit in. Often children with Down Syndrome and other disabilities find themselves out of the social loop. Dolls, to any child, offer companionship. To a kid with Downs or another disability, a doll can offer so much more.
